Our mantra is “get comfortable with the uncomfortable.” Founded in 2014 by Erin Diehl, improve it! is a talent development company that elevates work through play. And the experience we deliver is the most fun training you’ve ever participated in.
What began in Chicago has now expanded across the country. We’ve had the privilege of working with global organizations that have even brought us across the pond (we cross the virtual pond weekly with our virtual workshops).
