Our mantra is “get comfortable with the uncomfortable.” Founded in 2014 by Erin Diehl, improve it! is a talent development company that elevates work through play, immersive learning, and impactful training.
What began in the Windy City has since expanded across the country, where we regularly work with organizations both virtually and in person. We’ve also had the privilege of partnering with global teams virtually, and even hopping across the pond for some in-person adventures along the way.
