This interactive workshop uses improv-based techniques to help participants understand how both verbal and nonverbal communication impact how messages are received. Through experiential activities, participants practice active listening, responding, building stronger interpersonal connections, and fostering critical communication skills. 

Participants learn how to:

• Apply active listening to understand vs. respond

• Use verbal and nonverbal cues to communicate more effectively

• Build rapport and trust using “yes, and” collaboration

• Foster inclusive and positive communication environments
