Recognize the ones who go above and beyond. Boost retention, morale & employer brand.
There are people in your company who give their all, every single day - the glue holding teams together, the ones who make the late-night saves, the quiet contributors who never ask for credit. And still… they deserve more recognition.
Most organizations struggle with this. Not because they don’t care, but because in the rush of deadlines and bottom-line goals, recognition slips through the cracks. In fact, 77.9% of employees say they’d be more productive if recognized more often (NectarHR).
That’s where the I See You! Movement comes in. We shine a light on the people inside your workplace who deserve to feel valued, and in turn will experience higher levels of productivity. Through powerful recognition, storytelling, and celebration, we help your team feel connected and inspired.
Because when your people feel seen, your company doesn’t just grow - it builds loyalty and belonging.
They do the work. They carry the load. And too often, they are not celebrated enough. The
I See You! Movement makes sure your people feel valued, celebrated, and truly seen.
What does the I See You! Movement look like? A docu-series meets live talk experience celebrating the everyday leaders in your organization.
Why Recognition Like This Works
90% of employees say that receiving recognition for their work motivates them to put in extra effort.
Recognition isn’t just inspiring—it boosts results. Companies that prioritize honoring contributions experience up to a 31% increase in productivity and are twice as likely to have engaged employees.
Employees who
receive high-quality recognition are 45% less likely to turn over within two years.
The I See You! Movement is a transformational, live experience, that brings radical empathy to life by recognizing the everyday leaders within your organization.
It’s part high-energy and interactive fireside chat, part surprise celebration, and part mini-documentary. Think: Oprah meets TED Talk meets podcast surprise episode.
We celebrate the people who quietly keep your culture alive, and turn their moment of recognition into evergreen content that lives on forever.

Recognition is more than a nice-to-have. It directly impacts engagement, retention, and culture. When employees feel unseen, they disengage, turnover increases, and culture suffers. On the flip side, when people feel valued, they are more motivated, more loyal, and more likely to go above and beyond.
The I See You! Movement gives you a powerful way to spotlight unsung heroes while building your employer brand. With video assets, podcast features, and social media content, you not only celebrate your people internally, you also position your organization externally as a place where employees are truly seen and appreciated. It is both a meaningful cultural investment and a smart business decision.
